Design review
After a project is accepted and the scope is defined, design work begins. Communication in regard to design is essential to how BETA Services handles a project. On-going project communication is typically handled by either e-mail or phone. Face-to-face design reviews are utilized to provide a comprehensive look at the project through discussion of timing, budget, design, direction, and obstacles. These meetings are scheduled every two weeks or as needed. We will be conducting several design reviews throughout the year. |
