- Measure Phase - Six Sigma Statistics, Process Characterization, MSA - Measurement Systems Analysis, FMEA - Failure Mode Effects Analysis, Process Capability
- Analyze Phase - Mulit-Vari Analysis and Hypothesis Testing, Root Cause Analysis, DOE - Design of Experiments, Risk Assessment and Abatement
- Improve Phase - Kaizen Principles, Experimentation
- Control Phase - Control Plans, SPC - Statistical Process Control, Project Review, Documentation
- Minitab - Minitab software is taught throughout the course.
Notes: There are no prerequisites for this class. The handout material and a certificate of completion are included with the course fee. Upon request, a black belt certification test can also be provided with this course at an additional fee.
