This course is based on the ISO/TS16949:2009 automotive technical specification that, in effect, is a quality management system, which provides for continual improvement, defect prevention, and reduction of waste. Students will learn why it is necessary and what the requirements are to meet its standard.

Course highlights include:
  • Understand the objectives of ISO/TS16949
  • Be able to set up proper processes and procedures
  • Analyze requirements for successful implementation
  • Learn the tools associated with this technical standard
  • Gain a better understanding of customer requirements
Notes: There is no prerequisite for this class. The handout material and a certificate of completion are included with the course fee.
